Blind Terry, a new and original part of the contemporary Swedish indie scene,
started out as an acoustic duo in 2002, but soon discovered the joy of making
music that sounded more. After trying many weird constellations, Blind Terry
finally found it's present members and started to do concerts in their hometown
Stockholm and around Sweden.
Today Blind Terry has expanded to a quintet and the music has evolved from lo-fi
songs to bittersweet chamber pop in the dark and swinging alley between Belle and
Sebastian, Prefab Sprout and Essex Green. Acoustic piano, trumpet and catchy
happy/sad melodies with cynical underdog lyrics are some of Blind Terry's
characteristics.
On stage Blind Terry often appear with additional musicians and the band as well as
the music take on different shapes. Always in a breathtaking manner.
November the 1st their first EP will be released on Cloudberry records.
In January Blind Terry tours in Germany and Luxembourg.
